Rick Rassier - Teamwork and Performance Coaching

Rick Rassier is a team performance coach that put the Zephyr volleyball teams through multiple teamwork challenges, each of which had an important lesson attached. He emphasized being a good listener and learner, how to be coachable, learn from mistakes, be a good communicator, a problem solver, and do what is necessary to take it to the next level. His message was a good one for not just sports, but life!
